Kitchen work flow is also designed to maximise daily operation functions while maintaining a good hygienic environment. Kitchen equipment's M&E requirements such as electrical, plumbing, gas points are then plotted into the overall master plan. Air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation (Exhaust & fresh air), ACMV is also taken into consideration.

Physical construction takes form based on the design drawn out in a plan. Our team of builders with years of experience will work closely with all the relevant parties involved, to bring this project alive within the construction schedule.

DELTA TWO SDN BHD has experience and the technical know-how to assist in selecting the appropriate equipment needed, from walk-in cold storage room, combi oven, fryer & etc to CCTV, customising POS software & marketing/branding material for the new establishment.
